I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as it was spotless and the staff were friendly, plus it was in a fantastic location near Mount Gambier and other attractions.

Had good sleep at the queen room with the couch. The location was central, excellent in the middle of the city.

This hotel impressed me with its excellent staff, immaculate cleanliness, a great breakfast selection that pleased everyone, and a convenient location close to various attractions.

It has favourable central location in the middle of jackson. There is a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Mad Penguin that is only 10 minutes' walk away, we appreciated where it was located. The restaurant serves excellent vegetarian food.

As a road trip stopover, we instantly loved the historic charm and sizeable room with a cozy bed at Grand Hotel. Shared facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the friendly bar staff added to the welcoming atmosphere. the food was impressive with generous portions and vegetarian options, complemented by a lovely common room perfect for breakfast.

This hotel was spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful staff, and I enjoyed a fantastic and beautiful meal in my room, which came with a couch just like I wanted.

We had an epic time on our vacation with my friends at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment area - the karaoke was lit, arcade games were off the charts! Then, we chilled at the balcony watching the sunset - total vibes!

Wish they had a cool rooftop bar for late-night hangs for us party Animals!

The food here was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to help us. Our room was really big, and the bed was super comfy 🛏️. Plus, the location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of everything. So convenient!

Absolutely blown away by the historic charm, generous vegetarian options, and immensely accommodating staff. the clean shared facilities and COZY ROOM were a delightful surprise, not to mention the great value for money and convenient location for exploring the region.
